We usually guarantee delivery within 7 days. Please contact us first before you cancel the order (send us an email at email@example.com). We cannot accept cancellations once the product has been shipped.
If you found any issue when you receive the product, please do not apply for a refund or return, but contact our customer service immediately (send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org).
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the product has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the damage is caused by the quality problem or transportation, we will redeliver the product and the freight will be borne by us. If it is caused by human factors, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
In order to avoid not be able to refund you because we didn't receive the return, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
